  I went to Nathan for some bespoke earplugs. The staff were incredibly professional and helpful on the phone (especially after I tried a more well known company and didn't have the best experience! Eating on the phone, no idea of cost … More and when the main person did get back to me, one word emails when I had questions which required slightly more detail!). Nathan was very professional, and also very kind when I told him I'd been stressed as my mum is terminally ill when discussing my ear health. Very much looking forward to getting my earplugs and I have a few people who will now be along to see him.
