We’ll be open, honest and clear. You’ll never be under any pressure or obligation to take the advice we offer, or hearing device we recommend, If hearing aids are your best option, we’ll provide a written, jargon-free contract explaining your purchase agreement and payment terms.
If you choose to buy hearing aids from us, as well as a 30-day return policy, they will come with a warranty covering hearing device repairs and regular follow-up appointments to allow for any adjustments and changes to your hearing.
